Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Wild Sage Healings, we want you to feel informed and confident when making a purchase. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms before purchasing a product or enrolling in a program.
1. 7-Day Reset
Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
To request a refund, email support@wildsagehealings.com within 48 hours of your purchase, including your name and the email address used at checkout.
Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the 7-Day Reset program and its associated materials will be revoked.
Requests received after the 48-hour window are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
2. UNWIND
Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
UNWIND provides immediate access to its complete collection of guided self-bodywork resources.
To request a refund, email support@wildsagehealings.com within 24 hours of purchase.
Once a refund is approved and processed, access to UNWIND and its associated materials will be revoked.
Requests received after the 24-hour window are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
3. Triple Healix Self-Guided
Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
To request a refund, email support@wildsagehealings.com within seven calendar days of purchase, including the email address associated with your enrollment.
Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the Triple Healix Self-Guided program and its associated materials will be revoked.
Requests received after the seven-day window are not eligible for a discretionary refund.
4. Triple Healix Immersive
All paid enrollments in Triple Healix Immersive are final and nonrefundable.
Triple Healix Immersive is a limited-capacity, 10-week small-group coaching experience. Enrollment takes place following an application review and private Connection Call.
Before purchasing, participants are required to review and sign a separate Triple Healix Immersive Participation Agreement outlining the terms of enrollment, attendance, group participation, recordings, and program access.
By completing enrollment and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of their signed agreement, including the nonrefundable enrollment policy.
Live Sessions and Recordings
Participants are responsible for attending scheduled live group sessions.
Sessions are recorded so participants can revisit the material or catch up if they are unable to attend. Missing a live session does not qualify a participant for a refund.
Wild Sage Healings may reschedule group sessions when necessary. Participants will be notified of scheduling changes.
Program Access
Participants retain access to their program materials and available session recordings for as long as Triple Healix continues to exist and those resources remain available.
Access is personal to the enrolled participant and may not be transferred or shared.
5. The Clarity Codex
The Clarity Codex is a physical, print-on-demand book purchased through Lulu's Direct Buy checkout and printed and shipped by Lulu.
All sales are final. Because each book is manufactured specifically for your order, returns or refunds for change of mind are not accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of the shipment date.
To request assistance, contact Lulu Customer Support and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement copy under Lulu's print-on-demand return policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation options available for your order and may not be possible once production begins.

6. Massage & Bodywork Services
Massage and bodywork appointments are subject to separate booking, cancellation, and refund policies provided through our Vagaro booking system.
Please review the applicable policies when scheduling your appointment.
7. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be received within the applicable refund window.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Additional Terms
Refund eligibility is determined according to the terms applicable to the product or program purchased.
Refunds do not grant continued access to digital products, programs, or associated learning materials.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Wild Sage Healings reserves the right to update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction, subject to applicable law.
